The three at the bar were unfazed by the change in Lien's conversation. They didn't bat an eye; rabbits were quite the common cover up in many conversations. Halt leaned forward in his stool, his elbows on the bar and he moved from neck side to side, popping it. He could be here all day if he had to. Alemine sipped from her cherry flavored drink, her cover dropped little as she swung her legs back and forth with absent happiness. Pyrrha twirled a curl around her finger, seemingly bored, but she heard every word.
The man in the booth's grin widened a little and he chuckled. Rabbits! He shook his head slightly and leaned back in his chair. Strapped to his left arm was a strange-looking shield. It covered his arm horizontally, and extended outwards in a sharp, flame-like design. But exactly where his wrist started was a hole, in all, a scabbard for his mighty looking short sword and yet a very effective shield. His hood fell from his head, and choppy platinum blond hair shone in the dull lantern light, as did his different eyes. The left was a deep, dark green and the right an iridescent, very bright green. His features were fine, very handsome in fact, but also held a strange coldness to them. A tiny ivy suddenly curled around his forefinger, leafing out in a strange lime green color.

Max was spinning on his stool and happily humming to himself when he heard Lien mention rabbits. "Rabbits! Oh I love rabbits! We play all the time in Hyrule field," Max said pondering a moment of himself chasing bunny rabbits around. He suddenly turned to Blade, "Blade! Don't eat my rabbits! I name them you know, so if any of the ones I play with go missing I'm coming after you," he scolded.
Icylius just stared down at his drink and swirled it around, he was bored and wanted to leave. Well, not entirely, Alemine was still here and he liked to be in her presence. But with the idea of Max and Eldrin knowing his crush for her made him want to go. Icylius decided to put that thought in the back of his mind as he noticed the dark figure in the corner being suspicious.

"I outrank you. I can do whatever the hell I want." Blade joked. It was true though, he could do whatever he wanted. So long as it didn't piss off Torak.

Max narrowed his eyes at Blade, "If you touch my bunnies blade, I will hurt you," he warned.

Blade was about to mention how he tore Max's mother apart in a single move and he could just as easily do the same thing to him, but thought better of it. Instead, he said this: "You have two choices, become better than me and stop me from killing your bunnies, or take it up with Torak. Your pick."

"Hey hey HEY!" Lien spoke out, getting up off of his stool and got in between Max and Blade. "We don't need any fighting going on here while I'm around, or else I knock both of your heads in and you both know very well I can do it."

Max glared at Blade, his eyes still narrowed, "I'll become better than both of you someday, and then nobody will kill my rabbits." He said turning back to the bartender and ordering a drink of his own.

Azrael stood on the balcony of the Stock Pot Inn, he gazed down upon East Clock Town and watched the Bombers run around playing some sort of childish game.
Azrael sighed and his mind turned to Zabrina for some reason...he had strayed so far from his quest of finding her. He had met many new allies...gone on many quests and only found one clue...and it was her grandmother.
The Desert Monk sighed as he stood up and walked back toward the door. His stomach was starting to rumble, he could smell the scent of steak as it wafted up from the bar.
He opened the balcony door and walked inside. He kept his hood down this evening and he continued down the hall, passing one of the rooms in which he could hear two male voices telling each other to kiss one another. "If it makes one happy.." He thought...who was he to judge anothers love intrests?
He turned to walk down the stairs and saw Anju walking up to which he said "Good evening, Anju." he bowed his head. "Oh! Hello Azrael!" she replied, they passed on the stairs and continued their routes. Azrael entered the bar and was suprised to see his allies sitting at a table, he took notice of the three people sitting at the nearby bar.
Azrael walked up and took a chair and sat next to Eldrin. "Good evening." he plainly said.

"Goddamn." Blade muttered under his breath. As he wondered why young Max had such passion over a bunch of rodents, the Desert Monk sat down at their table. "Greetings, Desert Monk. What brings you to Termina?" Blade figured it was an exorcism of some kind, but he didn't know much about Azrael's duties as a monk.

"Trying to get back on the path of my original quest." Azrael answered. He called out for steak and mead to the bar keep, to which the bar keep went into the kitchen and barked orders at the chefs for a steak. The bar keep filled a tankard of mead and went over to Azrael and placed it on the table. Azrael pulled out a purple rupee and handed it to the bar keep, he grinned and pocketed it as he walked back to his bar.
Azrael took a drink of the mead before saying "What brings the rest of you to this spot?" He then lowered his voice before saying "And it wouldn't have anything to do with those three hooded figures over there..would it?"

"No, they're members of the Aurian Legion. We assassins have granted them our blessing, but we don't trust them. they haven't given us any details as to what they're doing, beyond searching for one of their lost members." Blade made no effort to disguise his words, they were probably listening to them anyway.
"I'm more concerned about the guy with the shield." Blade nodded toward the man with the scabbard-shield.

The three broke off from Mycenlaean without knowing but continued to talk. "He's here," Pyrrha suddenly said after a scan of the place, grabbing Halt's wrist. Halt grabbed her hand and pulled her close to him. "Don't let him know we know. Act normal," he told her, his words fading off into a smile as he tlited Pyrrha's face towards him and kissed her softly on the lips. Alemine watched them, caught herself staring and with a natural blush on her face, stared back at her drink, a silly grin growing on her face.
The ivy that curled around the man's finger grew larger and greener, extending to his drink. He ran a hand through his bright blond hair and smiled more as a Desert Monk joined the first group. But it was the three others that intrigued him the most. The weight of the letter in his breastpocket reminded him of his reasoning of being here. But, the night was young, and he could have a few more drinks yet.

"Didn't think your leader was one to give blessings so easily...."Azrael replied, drinking from his tankard once more and watched as Halt was plastering his face on Pyrrha's. He felt his heart twitch as he thought of Zabrina...the booze would take care of it.
The steak appeared in front of Azrael. The Desert Monk grabbed the nearby fork and knife and cut into the meat, he placed the piece into his mouth and chewed it...savoring the meat and swallowed it.

Blade suddenly felt the room shift. It was subtle, but it was as if the momentum of the bar had shifted. This was hardly concerning, it happened every time someone entered or left a room. What concerned him was that it seemed to shift through their table. They were sitting between the shield wearer and the Legion members. He could easily walk away using any number of valid excuses, but then he would still know nothing. He had to act effectively, yet innocently.
"Bartender, another round. You know what? bring the whole damn bottle." A waitress brought a bottle of whiskey to their table, and Blade handed her a yellow rupee. He opened it up and took a swig. The bottle was dark enough that he could left the whiskey back into the bottle without drinking the entire gulp. It was disgusting, but he needed to stay sober.

Max turned to Azrael as he entered and threw his hand up in the air in an enthusiastic wave. "Hi Azrael!" he greeted. He swirled back to Icylius, "Hey look Icylius, Azrael is h-" Max stopped as he noticed Icylius staring at Alemine again. He smiled and hopped off his bar stool, "Well if you won't talk to her then I am going to go get her for you," he teased walking towards the girl.
Icylius panicked a bit and grabbed Max by the back of his shirt, "Oh no you don't kid, get back here," he scolded, attempting to yank Max backward.
