Faro was first to leap from the dragon's back. His feet sunk in the sand when he landed. He picked his feet up, shaking them off before glancing toward Hyrule proper. He noticed his seals were still open, their pale blue light visible even in the scorching desert sun. He felt a surge of discontent from Malevolence as he closed them.
"How's the kid?" Faro asked, looking to Reimuno.

As soon as Miakoda touched down, Azrael leapt off her back and she changed back.
Torak and Artie followed suit off their own dragon's backs and landed in the soft sand.
"Oh boy! I haven't flown like that in AGES!!"Miakoda exclaimed, doing a small jump.

Reimuno had stayed silent, gently laying Oarashi's body, which he had covered up with his cloak, down on the volcanic sand. Lien morphed back into his human form once everyone had leap off his back, watching Reimuno knelt at the sea dragon's side with a guilt frown. "How's the kid? the young dragon prince heard Faro asked. Getting no response, Lien couldn't help but repeat the question.
"Rei. . . Oa-Sappho. . . is he?"
Lien didn't want to fear the worse, but he knew that it wasn't normal for Oarashi to be silent this long, back when they had been traveling together, the young sea chief would always just assured Lien that he was fine and 'it was just a cut' or had fared even worse cuts or bruises, but now he wasn't there, there was no soft voice telling Lien everything will be alright. Even his eyes, once brilliant sapphire eyes had turned to an almost dead tone of azure when he gazed at Lien one last time all battered and broken from the staircase fall. He can't be. . . he can't-
". . . I do not know. . . I can't feel his life force anymore." Reimuno finally replied, not bothering to lift his head up to face the others. Not even Miakoda's cheerful voice didn't seem to lift up the mood.

"So he is dead. Now what, is there some kind of ritual to honor him?" Faro asked.

"He can't be dead." Lien whispered, trying to hold back his tears that started to blur his eyes. Clentching his fists tightly, he repeated it again. "Oarashi can't be dead, he must be alive! Even barely! We. . . we can't give up!"
Reimuno shook his head. "Prince. . . Artof destroyed his lLifeStone. . . I saw it with my own eyes. . . he's gone. . . he's gone." Quietly he bugan to sob into the dead Sea Chief's chest, holding on to him tightly as Yami took a few steps forward, placing a hand on Reimuno's shaking shoulder to try to comfort him, but he knew there was nothing he could do.

Azrael moved swiftly over to the Oarashi's body and kneeled down next to it. The shiekan monk was silent for a time as his red eyes remained motionless and open. Miakoda watched with an unusual silence as the monk preformed his sacred duties in the preferred silence.

Reimuno managed to stifled his crying once Azrael came over and crouched next to Oarashi's body. Unsure of what he was doing, he couldn't help but watch him out of the corner of his eyes.
