Weapon(s): Kiss of Nyx (A black bladed katana with the Sheikah symbol carved into the blade by the hilt in a mysterious red stone, the hilt is silver and wrapped in a dark red cloth that appeared to be stained in blood), a variety of bombs including smoke bombs, fire bombs, bombs that can be used underwater (it changes depending on the materials he can acquire), Spirit Jars (gourd bottles with a strange symbol on it that can seal spirits away)
Power(s): He can speak to the afterlife, and use the powers of the fallen to his advantage to overcome any obstacles that may be in his path, Az is able to summon purple fire using the power of his soul and calls this flame his "Soulflare".
Az is able to use his Soulflare in a variety of methods whether it is in combat by enhancing his attacks (such as covering his blade in the fire), using it as a ranged attack or using it to light things on fire.
Appearance:
Personality: Brooding, can be a bit of a grump and is oftentimes drunk or hungover. It's rare for him to truly smile these days. He would rather be alone most days.
History: Azrael Siskin was born in to an order of Hylian/Sheikah monks who exiled themselves to the desert to become one with nature and the afterlife. Azrael is the son of a male Sheikah warrior and a female Hylian priestess who lived in the Order. As Azrael grew, his father taught him about fighting, swordplay, tricking an enemy to follow your plan to strike him down, and ninjutsu. Through his mother, he learned of the legends and secrets that Hyrule held. And through the monks, he learned how to open himself to the afterlife and call upon the spirit's power to aid him in time's of great need.
On the eve of Azrael's 16th birthday, a band of desert moblins raided the Monk's temple...and slaughtered the monks and Azrael's parents. Azrael barely escaped with his life, he was found by a patrol of Gerudo guards and taken in. Through them, he learned how to steal and how not to break if captured. He grew attached to a young Gerudo who was the same age as him.
On Azrael's 21st birthday, tragedy struck. An evil spirit escaped the afterlife and took the young Gerudo who Azrael loved. Azrael chased the evil spirit toward's Hyrule Field...and lost track...He cursed and vowed to find the spirit and rescue his love from it's clutches.
...That was 6 months ago, He is currently in Clock Town, taking up refuge in the Inn...gathering information.
It has been 5 years since Azrael had last seen his old comrades. Life had taken a dark turn for the monk and he had chosen a life of exile to not only redeem himself, but to grow stronger. Along the way he has developed some... unhealthy coping mechanisms. Whatever dark things he has seen or dark rituals he has performed... Az considers those sins minor compared to what he failed to do.
Most days you can find him at the bottom of a mug of ale either gathering intel, banishing spirits or just drowning his own demons and that suits Az just fine.
Perhaps fate has other things in store for the Sheikah monk.
