As Eldrin watched the forest, Faro remained in the tent, contemplating the consequences of such a device. If he used it, he would be free; but at what cost? He knew people who owed their lives to Ganon, and were far more grateful than he. Upon Ganon's fall, a number of powerful criminal empires would erupt, far too many for the guards to handle. He would likely be hunted down by his old allies and such as he was, he would not be able to stop them. Worse still was the possibility that killing Ganon would upset the balance of good and evil, especially since it was the destiny of the Hero of Time to stop Ganon. If Faro interfered with the will of the goddesses, the implications of the fate of his soul alone were disasterous. Then the politics came into play. The dragons would conquer Hyrule virtually unopposed, and the Aurian Legion would abandon Hyrule as well. And Faro's own love would die in the fighting.
That thought brought his mind to a screeching halt. Above all, he had to avoid bringing harm to her. She was capable, there was no doubt about that; few opponents could defend against a snaking spear. But not even she could withstand the might of the dragons. And there was still one horrifying possibility: it wouldn't work. Eldrin claimed that the artifact belonged to Ganon. If that was true, he probably knew how to nullify it, or even turn it against its user. In short, it was far too risky.
"I won't be responsible for the collapse of Hyrule." He said, loud enough for Eldrin to hear. "If I take it, I'm only going to throw it into a more secure vault."

Torak grinned at Alemine comparing his and Christine's words to a cheesy romance. "Some things come with time, young one." he said. Christine moved to be next to Torak. "In any case...it seems Eldrin has summoned us..." Torak put his hood up as he said this.

Alemine made a face, shivering. "I hope they don't come like that though....What does Eldrin want?"she asked Torak, curious. Her first instinct was to label the whole thing a guise to cheat them all by doing the crazed thief's dirty work in getting him something, but she was still curious nonetheless.
As she spoke, she also sized up the woman that was the assassin's love. She was lovely, Alemine realized if not shrewdly, but she was convinced that Pyrrha was even more beautiful, twice more at least. Thea taught her to be polite to all people, but with Christina, Alemine felt better off not talking to her. Messing with a lock of her hair, Alemine avoided eye contact with the other female.
Rue came over cautiously to Icylius, head down, eyes looking up, stub tail wagging warily. The short dog sniffed his clothing then sat down in front of him and stared up at the youth with kind, friendly eyes, ears pinned back, hoping for a pet or two.

"The letter said to meet him at his camp in Hyrule Field...he requested the aid of the Brotherhood...whatever he's planning...it's much too large for a single man to complete." Torak said, he turned to face Christina.
"A favor, love?" He said.
"Styx and Stones are not your messanger mutts, Torak.." Christina said, crossing her arms.
"I realize this...I wouldn't ask of this if they were back at base.." Torak said.
Christina sighed and muttered a few words under her breath with her hands outstretched. A pair of white wolves sprang forth from her hands and sat infront of their master...waiting for orders.
"Gather the members of the Assassins of Hyrule and tell them Torak requests them to be present at Hyrule Field." Christina said, getting down to the wolves eye levels.
The wolves nodded in unison and set off to the members of the Assassins of Hyrule.

Icylius smiled slightly and knelt down in front of the dog. He ran his hands over its soft fur and looked up at Torak. He was about to speak when the dog licked his face, distracted, Icylius forgot was he was going to say and returned to petting the dog.

Blade walked into Eldrin's camp on his way to meet Torak and Christina. He sent Stones along with a message that he was already with Eldrin. He greeted Eldrin, and noted Sayo; who seemed to have changed somewhat, if only because he wasn't in mortal peril for Eldrin's sake... for the moment, at least. The only one he didn't recognize was the one in the black coat, though he could smell death on him. He left the tent and joined Eldrin at the fire.
"And he is?" Blade asked.
"Your information network needs better sources, Gale of the Full Moon." Faro responded.
"Of course. I should have recognized the last of the beast-shifters." Blade sat on the other side of Eldrin. "At least you're skilled." He added.

Styx raced through the snowy region of Snowhead, searching for the young assassin. The ghost wolf raised his snout to sniff the air, then racing off to the west.
He looked down and noticed footprints. Styx barked with excitement and rushed forward, coming to a cave with a small fire and with Max hunched over it.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Stones returned to the small group in the forest and sat in front of Christina and relayed the message.
"Figured as much...Blade was the next to be Grand Master...unless Maximus can control himself.." Torak said, waiting for Styx to return with Max's message.

Maximus pressed his hands close to the flames of his small fire. He was lucky to find enough wood out in the desolate snowhead region. Max moved a little closer to the fire, letting it's warmth blanket him as if it were a person, passing their comfort onto him in a pleasant hug. A few seconds later the young assassin noticed the ghost wolf entering his tiny new abode. To his own surprise the image of the wolf didn't startle him, it felt familiar somehow, and Max pondered for a moment as to why. Suddenly it dawned on him, Torak, he thought. "Hello there," Max greeted, "I'm guessing Torak sent you to find me, but, I can't go back." The boy's eyes drifted over to the fire, a light pain stabbing at his heart as he stared into it.

"Whatever you want, I'm just bribing you," Eldrin responded to Faro's comment with a laugh as he watch Blade enter the camp.
Eldrin smiled at the newly arrived assassin. "Blade! It's been a while... Too busy with the Assassins to spend any time with your friends?" He asked, pretending to have been offended.
Sayo stirred slightly as one of the white birds returned to him, bringing with it a portion of his consiousness. He looked across the campfire at the other three. Blade, the one who saved him back in Clock Town a while back; and Faro, the man from the bar. Though he knew little about Faro, he was still wary of him. Yet, he held quite a bit of respect for the man. Of the small amount of information Eldrin had shared about Faro, Sayo knew that this man must have endured much suffering in his life.

"No, we've been trying to find the boy." Blade replied.
"He's being difficult, he doesn't want to be around us until he can control his demon." Faro added. "I know the feeling, I tried to follow him, but he lost me at the Terminian border. Every now and then, I try to find him, but nobody knows where he's gone."
"So that's where you've been disappearing to." Blade said.
"Yes, but I thought you didn't know me." Faro replied.
"I was lying so you'd underestimate me. I've been watching you for quite a while, Blade of Din."
"Never liked that one." Faro commented.
"Me either, it doesn't really say anything unless you equate Din with fire, which some don't." Blade explained.

The shore quickly disappearing, the ship gained rolled on the choppy sea, going with the wind and making good speed. The new captain let her long black hair flow in the wind, the remnants of her ball gown drifting around her dramatically as she gazed into the distance with eyes bright with hope and adventure. Then a seagull flew by, nearly hitting her face, screaming in her ear. She scowled and stepped off the stern and watched the crew work at manning the ship.
"Get some damn clothes on." The Gerudo spun around and glared at the speaker, the voice that spoke was rough and slightly raspy, raw and real. A man, of medium light built and a weathered and haggard look to him glared back at her as he emerged from the shadows with a dangerous, casual grace in his movements. He was of dark brown hair and dark gray eyes, stubbled on his strong jaw and in the prime state of physical fitness, and not at all unpleasant to the eye, though the icy judgement his stance emitted discouraged niceties. He wore desert robes strangely, with two scimitars and a crossbow strapped to him, a wicked-looking kantana strapped to his back.
" Ew.No thank you, I'm fine. I'm captian now; I can go naked for all I care, in fact, I might do that. Who are you?" the Gerudo asked, interested. The man glared coldly back at her. "I'm Amr Diab. I'm more commonly called Corsair. You will address me as sir, Iona Solas. You will go to Hyrule and meet with Asrin's son, Eldrin of the Sheikah. This will be done, girl, or your head will roll," Corsair threatened and promptly walked away. Iona fanned herself absently with her lace trimmed fan, then snapped it shut once more and sighed, wondering what happened. She spun on her heel, deciding not to tell the crew and found all thirty-two eyes on her. "Parley!!" shouted the cabin boy and something hard and blunt collided with her temple, and Iona crumpled to the ground, senseless.

"So do we go to Hyrule Field? Are we seriously going to do what Eldrin asks of us?" Alemine questioned as Rue sat at her side, ears raised still. The girl was intrigued by the events that has unfolded, and she needed to tell her superiors. The Assassin Grand Master and the known world's second most infamous and nortorius thief, this was an information feat overkill. If only she had a mirror, or standing water, the message would be delivered effortlessly. Alemine pretended to study a bird as she looked around for some sort of method to speak with her leaders.

Torak looked over at Alemine. Quickly seeing through her ruse of pretending to study the bird. He walked over to her and said "The Hyrulian Sparrow...very common in all parts of this land." He patted her head and twirled around. He looke d over his shoulder and said "I expect you two will be coming with me.." As he said this, Styx returned with Max's message.
Torak sighed. "After this...I'll have to find that child..."He turned to Alemine and Icylius.
"We leave...now." Torak said, coldly. He looked over at Christina and nodded. She returned the nod and pulled out a flute.
"Have either of you traveled by a twister before..?" the Master Assassin asked.

Azrael made his way to the camp that his cousin had set up, he looked at the ones who were already there.
"Cousin! What madness has your mind made up today?!"

"Yeah, Eldrin, what's this about? The bird message didn't cover much." Blade asked.
"I think Eldrin invited everybody to this thing, considering that he usually works alone, it has to be somewhat important to the world at large, or he simply would have taken it himself," Faro explained. In truth, Faro had no idea that so many others would be involved in this. Faro knew what was at stake if anyone opened the chest Eldrin was after. If anyone tried to destroy the artifact, he would stop them at any cost. If he had to be viewed as a traitor by these vigilantes, then so be it. Eldrin would vouch for him anyway. Or so he hoped. "Just to be clear, though. How many more are coming?"

Corsair swept the Gerudo's unconscious form over his shoulder, exhaling slightly as he realized how heavy she was. She was built as some of the Gerudo were, strong in shoulders, curved in waist and large in her hips, her thighs matching her hips, but she shouldnt't have been so heavy. He nodded to the cabin boy, who was grinning excitedly still.
"Good work. Find me some chain. This isn't your ordinary wench," he told the cabin boy, who scampered off excitedly. He followed the boy below deck, where he unceremoniously dumped Iona against a wooden pillar and securely chained her by the waist to it. He then inspected her head, deeming her to be fine, albeit sore when she awoke. As he studied her, he realized he looked much like his Scheherazade, his love. The princess was several oceans and two kingdoms away. Corsair stood back up and dusted his knees, going back up with the cabin boy trailing his heels.
"Ragnar, man the helm. We go to Hyrule." A hulking Viking-like man nodded gravely and promptly steered the ship. The cabin boy eagerly stood a few steps behind Corsair. Just as the mercenary leader was drifting back into the memories of his fiancee, there was a clear, ""Ahem."
Corsair's eyes flickered to the mast, and locked on portly merchant. "I expect to be paid in full," he told the merchant simply. The merchant cleared his throat again and smiled nervously. "I'm afraid that isn't...ah, possible. There are damages to my product I'm sure and we aren't going the proposed course..."the fat man explained. Corsair raised an eyebrow as the man continued on self importantly. "Although you are the best, Corsair, I must say, you've disappointed me in your lack of vigilence in..." Corsair sighed and turned to the cabin boy, who still held the wooden toy sword he had used on Iona. "Will..." He nodded to him.
"Parlay!!!" The merchant gasped and shook his head, but the wrath of the little boy was already upon him as his small body leapt into the air in attack. Land shortly came into sight in the horizon.

Without waiting for Alemine to answer, Torak blew into the flute and made a sound. For a few seconds...nothing happened...then a small twister appeared out of the sky. The trees and the rest of nature did not seem bothered by this. Torak quickly pockted the flute and grabbed both Icyilus and Alemine by the wrists as the twister came and picked the three of them up.

As Eldrin was busy with only the Gods know what..the Desert Monk had taken out a scroll of parchment and was writing something down on the parchment. He looked up and noticed a small twister heading towards their camp, he leapt to his feet as the twister landed and Torak, Alemine and Icyilus appeared from the twister. "Welcome my friends." The Desert Monk greeted, bowing with respect towards his allies.
