"Name's Blade. Not a bad name for a swordsmanship instructor, eh?" He joked. "Don't get used to it, though. From tomorrow on, it's Master. And I'll remain your Master until you can land a hit on me. Fair enough?" He asked, offering a hand.

So Argoth, Blade and Garen. He could get used to these 3. They all seemed to know what they were doing. At this moment, Elye was feeling really special. He just met these three guys and they already accepted him as one of their own, with hardly any questions asked.
"Alright, Master Blade" he said to Blade. "If you excuse me, I'm going to clean myself up." At this note Elye nodded to Blade and Garen and walked out. So, first door on the left? He thought to himself. He entered the hallway and had seen that it was a rather long hallway with quite a few doors. He looked at the walls and could see little slits and holes. If these people are assassins then these are probably for traps. Elye had always had a sense for detail, noticing the smallest things.
Elye opened up the first door to the bathroom. Elye liked the idea of a shower. He hadn't had a decent bath in years. Back when he was imprisoned he would try and wash himself if he had water but there wasn't much water to wash with. When he first came into the washroom, he didn't understand anything from it. Everything seemed so...advanced. But he was able to figure it out quickly. Taking a shower felt like heaven after all those years in the pen. When he was done he put on the cloak that he was given. He felt like he was the coolest person on the planet because he was wearing the cloak.
He decided he would try to sneak out into the common room. Assassins have to be stealthy, right? He stuck to the wall in the hallway and stepped with the side of his foot to make less noise. He peered in the doorway but didn't see anyone in the room. But these were assassins; they probably knew how to hide better than he did. He focused his eyes and looked around the room but could not find anyone. They must have all gone to bed He decided that he probably should get some rest before his training too. Wait, where am I going to sleep? They never showed me if there was a bed I could sleep in... I guess I'll just sleep on the couch again and ask them tomorrow. I'd get a bad reputation if I woke one of them for something like this. He stood up and walked to the couch and took his daggers out from his cloak. He put one on the floor next to the couch and one under the pillow, in case he needed it for something...
He didn't really feel tired though, so he laid there and thought about things. Mostly he thought about things that could happen in this new life of his.

As usual, Blade was the first one up. He walked into the main room to find Elye asleep on the couch again. Guess we forgot to show him where his bed was. Blade thought. Regardless, Elye was rested. That's all Blade needed to train him. He looked over their newest recruit. One of his daggers rested on the floor, the other under his pillow. I told him not to hide them, even in an obvious place like that. Blade moved the first dagger to the table, having already decided on a fitting punishment. When he had looked Elye over the first time, he'd noticed that the way he was laying would protect him from harm if he fell off the couch. The pillow would prevent his "hidden" dagger from finding its way into his ear.
Blade shook out his arms a bit, and centered himself behind the couch. He placed his hands underneath, and picked up the couch enough for Elye to fall onto the floor. He put the couch back down. "Wake up." He called.

Elye tumbled to the floor, flailing his arms as he fell. What the hell was that? He thought to himself. He quick looked back at the couch to see why he fell only to see Blade standing behind it . Well I guess that's one way to wake someone up. He picked himself up off of the floor rubbing his elbow because of smashing it into the floor during the fall.
"What was that for?" He asked Blade.

"Your dagger was hidden under your pillow. I was offended." Blade said with a joking smile. "Besides, I don't know what you want for breakfast." He moved into the kitchen and started the cookfire.

Elye realized what he had done. "I am so sorry" he told Blade. "I totally forgot about that. It won't happen again, Master." Even though Blade was grinning, Elye still felt sorry that he forgot about the rule.
"...I don't know what you want for breakfast." Blade told him.
Elye put his gear on and followed Blade to the kitchen. "What is there? I usually just take whatever I can find." Wait, does he want to cook for me? He didn't want to burden Blade with having to make meals for him. "Just show me where things are and I'll get myself something. I thank you for your offer though." Shit, I hope I didn't offend him. What have I done? He started to panic that he had just offended Blade.

Blade put his hands on the counter and sighed. "You've been stuck in a prison for quite some time, right? Unless you spent all that time in the kitchen, you probably can't cook." Blade explained. "Your training is going to be difficult, you won't survive on a few apples." Blade clapped both hands to Elye's shoulders. "Now," he began. "What do you want for breakfast?"

"Yeah, you're right; I can't cook. I wasn't in the kitchens in prison..." He let the final word drag on. "How did you know I was imprisoned?" he asked Blade. As far as Elye could remember, he hadn't told them about that yet. "Never mind, it doesn't matter. Uhm, I don't really know what anything tastes like. Surprise me, I guess." He was feeling quite lame since he didn't really know about food. All he had knows was that if you were given food, you should probably eat it. Elye was still kind of curious about how Blade knew about his past life.

"I may be getting confused because you came from the Twilight Realm," Blade said, slapping some bacon into a pan. "But you smell like blood and despair. Even after the bath." Blade explained. "In this world, that's about what prison smells like."

(Sorry Argoth, but I wanted to post this before anyone else woke up. And Faro, I was thinking that you would have put together some clues from what Elye has said to come to the conclusion that he was a prisoner. I was adding suspense. But what you wrote works too.)
Elye felt he had to confess to Blade since he was so close to the truth. "Well you are correct. I was a prisoner. I just didn't didn't want to tell you three yet. I just didn't feel that it was the right time. Most likely because I was trying to suppress it and try to move on. Could you...could you not mention it to the others yet?" Elye took a whiff of the air. Whatever was cooking in the pan smelled like it was the greatest food in the world.

"Too bad, kid," Argoth said while he strolled into the room, "I heard it all." His hair was slightly damp and a towel hung around his neck slightly covering his shirtless body. A pair of pants with the assassins insignia embroidered on the waistband was all he had on, much like the first time Elye and Argoth had met only this time it was after a shower, not a vigorous training session. His body expressed the experience he had retained over the years with many scars, the most prominent a long horizontal one from when Max had stabbed him in the stomach when he died. He walked past Elye and over to Blade, "Damn that smells good," he complemented.
Argoth leaned back on a counter and looked over at the rookie, "You better be ready for today, Elye, 'cause from now on your body is going to hate you."

(How are we going to talk about the training?)
Elye started to sweat a little when Argoth said he had over heard about Elye's past, but Argoth pretty much just brushed it off and went to see what was cooking. That trap was narrowly avoided Elye thought to himself.
"You better be ready for today, Elye, 'cause from now on your body is going to hate you." Argoth told him. He was probably right too. Elye started to regret his decision to join the assassins at the moment, but he realized that there was nothing else for him in the world so he thought he should just take it on.
"I'm ready for anything you throw at me." He almost regretted saying that. "Let me eat something and then tell me when I start." Elye was trying to stay positive. It was one way to help nullify the thoughts of his past.
