A full moon loomed overhead illuminating the night sky as Argoth trudged angrily through the sand. An eerie, light fog rolled off of the lake and over onto the shore, giving the night a creepy aspect that Argoth didn't seem to notice. His target was standing atop a hill just off to the side of the lake. The man was nothing but a silhouette of black from the night. Argoth had a very bad feeling in the pit of his stomach, gnawing at him like an infectious parasite. He passed it off as paranoia and stopped just short of the hill the man was so arrogantly perched upon. I really hope Max is okay.. he thought. His eyes wandered from the man not a even a nanosecond and he was gone. He disappeared.. Argoth stayed still but frantically began looking around with his eyes. His search ended as a man's voice whispered into his ear, "Hello, Argoth." The man's voice sent a shiver down his spine like someone had poured liquid nitrogen on him. In one light speed motion he drew his sword and hacked at the man behind him. Unfortunately, his feeble swing struck nothing but air. "Too slow," the man taunted, smiling menacingly at him. Argoth whipped back around and there he was, just ten feet from him. The man that had kidnapped his recruit. "Where is he?" Argoth demanded. "Patience. You'll find out soon enough. Behold, my own personal army." Syrus stepped back and there on the hill was about one hundred of the ultra muscular enthralled henchmen. In the instant he stepped away, all of his men rushed down the hill towards Argoth.

Torak watched at a distance as Argoth tried to attack this new foe. "Argoth...do not let your emotions get in the way...find out what your opponent wants...all the while finding his weak point..."Torak muttered. He whistled and a jet black horse came to it's masters call.
The Master Assassin climbed onto his steed and swung fully on it, the wind started to pick up as Torak continued to watch.
He noticed the sound of a hundreds of feet charging, he stirred the horse and yelled "Move it, nag!" The horse whinnied and charged, the Master Assassin pulled his blade from it's scabbard on his side.
He moved to a crouching position on his saddle and leapt off the horse and landed next to Argoth.

Mike and Garen scuffed along the shore, exchanging past memories of Mike's earlier years as a Hyrule guard and Garen's leadership of it. Their little walk done memory lane was cut short by the rumble of a hundred muscular soldiers of a faction unknown to them.
Mike peered over them in shock, "That army again?" he asked his friend.
"No, they bear dissimilar garments." Garen replied, looking in the same direction. He also noticed a single outnumbered Argoth straight in the path of the stampede. "Argoth's in trouble, assist him!" He ordered Mike as he drew his short sword and rushed to Argoth's side. Mike drew one katana and followed close.
(Should I include Garen's new power?)

Blade landed next to Argoth after leaping from across the lake. He chuckled, and drew his daggers. "Let's kill these bastards." His daggers transformed into hook swords in golden light.

Argoth's anger turned immediately into excitement. A smile stretched across his face from ear to ear. He drew his blade from its sheath and charged head on into the oncoming men, screaming a battle cry of excitement the entire time. The first unfortunate henchman to take him on was instantly decapitated. His head soaring through the air as Argoth swept his blade through the man's neck. After his first victim collapsed six more replaced him and attacked all at once. The henchmen brandished no weapons, they relied solely on brute strength and pain tolerance. Argoth smirked as several punches and kicks were thrown at him. He casually evaded them all, moving in and out languidly while delivering his own strikes to three of them. The first man Argoth attacked received a shallow stab wound between the ribs. Unfortunately it wasn't enough to bring the big man down, and he recovered quickly. An expert slice to the jugular took down his next victim, who fell away clutching his increasingly draining throat. The final henchman suffered a roundhouse to the face as Argoth spun out of the way of an oncoming hay-maker. As the onslaught continued Argoth moved like liquid to avoid being pummeled, all the while finding the time to deliver his own attacks. Blood spurted through the air as Argoth opened a man's throat from ear to ear. He fell to his knees clawing at his open wound and Argoth finished him with a heel to the nose. As the assassin was about to finish another henchman two hulking hands latched around his blade. He tried yanking the sword free but could not do so. He decided the best option was to let go, at which point the enormously muscular henchman tossed his sword away like a leaf in the wind. A series of punches connected with his ribcage and Argoth winced and rolled away. He stood up, weaponless. More men had surrounded him and a huge menacing smile appeared on his face, "I'm gonna have fun with you boys," he said cheerfully.

Torak danced playfully among the muscled henchmen. Digging his blade within their jugular vein or their ribcage, he noticed that Argoth was surrounded and weaponless. He leapt up, hidden blade shot out of it's hiding place and he placed the blade inside of Argoth's attackers jugular. The Master Assassin leapt off his kill and landed next Argoth, he pulled out a dagger he kept on him and offered it to Argoth. He kept a calm expression on his face as he stared down the surrounding army.

Garen and Mike were hauling ass across the beach and, in unison, leaped into the fray with their swords at their sides. The two beared down on a soldier and made opposite diagonal slices that easily sang through the henchman's flesh and muscule. The two landed next to each other with their bodies postitioned exactly alike and swords bloody. The soldier stood with a bloody "X" carved through his body. One second later, his body split into four pieces and sprayed a fine mist of blood. The two swordsman stood and immediatly seperated to begin their own slaughter. Garen was punched in the ribs by one cocky henchman, who was luckily spared a slow death when Garen stabbed him straight through the heart. Mike released multiple flurries of kunai amongst the enemy ranks, many of them hitting their targets in the head or chest.

(I'm going to go ahead and say Eldrin has Avarice by this time. After all, I didn't exactly say he didn't have any weapons in the other two posts.)
Eldrin picked a crooked path through the forest of dead bodies and those that the assassins hadn't yet reached. Nobody seemed to pay much attention to him, mainly because he was the only person not leaving a trail of bloody corpses in his wake. He found the muscular men quite grotesque, and made a point of avoiding them.
"So," He said, standing five feet away from Syrus, "You gonna stand there all day? Or are ya gonna BRING IT?!" Eldrin asked, smiling dangerously. His red eyes burned fiercely and the right eye twitched, not playfully. He seemed to be teetering on the edge of sanity. He chuckled and crouched low to the ground, spreading his feet far apart and letting his left arm hang limp. Avarice's claw blades scraped against the ground. It was a strange pose, but perfect for attacking with his claw. The thief chuckled, "I have a lot of friends... And you could've kidnapped any of them... There's only a few that would bother me... And you chose one!" His chuckle progress into a full blown maniacal laugh, echoing across the lake, then ended suddenly. Eldrin's face turned angry in less than a second. "Let's go." He said, clenching his fist.

Syrus chuckled a bit at Eldrin's remark, he didn't even look at him. "I'm terribly sorry, but I don't have time to play with you, thief. While these idiots fight my henchmen I am preparing something rather surprising I am about to show all of you. I think you'll like it," as the last words exited his mouth he gave Eldrin friendly smile. "Now, be a good boy and go play with your friends over there. Be right back," and he was gone.
Argoth grinned at Torak, "No thanks boss, It seems more fun to even the playing field," he replied to Torak. He had completely forgotten about his hidden blades, he could have used those during the fight but beating up these losers with his bare hands seemed more fun. Argoth ran straight ahead of him and jump kicked the first henchmen he saw directly in the face.

Torak was keeping an eye on Syrus throughout the fight from the corner of his eye. He watched as Syrus vanished and a cold wave of bad vibes washed over the Master Assassin.
"Argoth...these mindless creatures are just a diversion! Syrus just left...and whatever he plans on doing can't be good." Torak said to Argoth as he took the dagger and stabbed another henchman in the jugular.

Eldrin jumped, swinging viciously at Syrus's neck as he disappeared. He moved quick, but unfortunately, not quickly enough. He landed back in th grass and slashed the ground in anger, leaving three claw marks. He made his way back through the army until he reached Torak and Argoth. "Syrus got away. And he's planning something. Watch your backs!" He said, as he kicked off of a man's face, flew through the air, and spun kicked three men at the same time.

Mike and Garen have yet to meet the mysterious Syrus, and they were curious. Mike battled his way to his ally, Argoth and asked, "Who is this Syrus person? Another old aquaintence?"
"And what's he planning?" Garen chimed in while removing the rib cage of a brute with his axe.

Over the roar and noise of the battle they were engaged in, the lake that the fog had been emitting from suddenly let out a loud and eerie sound, resonating out of the water and echoed in the air surrounding everyone strongly, then came an ear-piercing loud pitch following the moan.
(( This sound but turn your volume down, it's LOUD))
According to Schrödinger, the Copenhagen interpretation implies that the cat remains both alive and dead (to the universe outside the box) until the box is opened.
