"Go ahead and charge at him...I'll be as quick as lightning." Torak said to Sappho.

Nodding, Sappho closed up his wings and dove straight down towards the Fire Dragon's head. The Fire dragon opened his mouth to breath his fire, but Sappho was far faster due to his streamline body. Using the thumbs on his wings, Sappho slammed his wrists on the dragon's snout and into the ground, pinning him there.
The beast shrieked and thrashed about violently, forcing the White Fox to wrap his tail and restrain him as much as possible for Torak to get on and attack him. He winced heavily, feeling the twisting dragon's scales grate into his skin deeply. Blood pouring from his wounds, but White Fox still held him down.

Torak leapt off Sappho's back and landed on the Fire Dragon, crossbow ready. He had landed a little bit off from the head of the dragon, he started to climb the Fire Dragon's back. Using it's scales as a hold, it took him less than 3 minutes to make it to the top. He found what he was looking for...a round ball that was held in place by a large stake. He pulled at the stake and with a few seconds of tugging, it came loose and Torak grabbed the ball with his free hand while holding onto the dragon with his knees. He threw the stake at the ground and looked at Sappho. Knowing he wouldn't make it, he nodded at the ice dragon and dived off the Fire Dragon into the lake.

Sappho nodded back at Torak, tightening his coils around the dragon as Torak leapt off of the beast and into the water next to them. But the Fire dragon finally ripped his head out of Sappho's wings and shrieked. Then sank his fangs deeply into Sappho's long neck, causing the Sea Dragon to shriek in agony as the fire dragon shook his head.
On instinct, Sappho flared his dorsal spines, but because they lined up exactly down his spine, the sea dragon couldn't reach to paralyze the Fire Temple Dragon. So the White Fox maneuvered his hind legs to stab his sharp claws into the soft skin right between his back hide and belly scales. The Fire Dragon roared in pain and released his hold on Sappho. In return Sappho released his hold on the Fire dragon.
Hissing, the fire Dragon leered at Sappho one last time before turning away to shoot straight up into the sky back home. However, the Fire Temple Dragon raked the whole length of his sharp, scaly tail along the Sea Dragon's side. Making him shriek as he slam into the floor from the force. Blood gushing more from his side wound and neck bite than the scale cuts littering his body.

The water was ice cold as Torak hit it, he wasn't expecting the water to be THIS cold. He started to swim back up to the surface as a soft melody reached his ears..he heard rumors of mermaids in the lake...he had no time to chase mythical creatures at this moment...he had to destroy the ball asap. He reached the surface and took in air, he then turned and swam back toward the shore.

The Sea Dragon struggled to his feet, hissing as he wheezed heavily in pain. His ears then twitched as he turned to look at the lake. Torak had just surfaced out of the water, struggling to swim towards the shore. Using the last ounce of any energy he had, Sappho's eyes glowed an icy-blue, bending the water around Torak to gently push him to the shore faster and once he reached the sandy banks of the lake, Sappho released the Spell. And collapsed to the grass, breathing shallowly. He couldn't retain the dragon form any longer in his state, so Sappho morphed back into his human self, wheezing and grimaced as his ribs, where the Fire Dragon had burtally smashed his powerful tail against, burned and ached with such a terrible pain, the blood staining his once snow white clothes a deep crimson.

Torak watched as Sappho reverted back to his human form, the Master Assassin placed the ball into his pouch and walked over to him. "I apologize for getting you this badly injured, friend. But, you just saved many innocent lives from being extingushed at Syrus' hands." Torak dug through his pouch and pulled out a bottled fairy. "Accept this gift as my thanks for aiding us." Torak unstoppered the top and the fairy flew out and circled around Sappho.

"Th-Thank you." Sappho groaned, laying on his side as he felt the fairy heal most of his wounds. But he still felt extremely light-headed from the blood loss. "But I fear. . . it's going to take more rest than magic to heal me. . . I'll be fine. . . you go join your allies. . . . with your desceased. . . . " He coughed weakly, closing his eyes as he savored the cool air coming from the lake. All he just wanted to do was just sleep all day and try to recover his injuries.

"I relize the Dragonians heal differently than Hylains and the Carnavorians...I suspect that you have some relation to our dear friend, Lien. Come...I have room at our hideout for you to rest. I don't want to attend two funerals in one day." Torak said, kneeling down and extending a hand for Sappho.

"Don't worry. . . I won't die. . . it's not easy. . . killing a dragon. . . " Sappho mumbled, still laying there. "Besides, I have no idea who Lien is. . . I've never heard of the name in my life. . . . Anyways, how far away is this. . .hideout?" He opened an eye to look up at Torak, trying to keep focus but he still keep seeing a slight double from the light-headedness.

"The Haunted Wasteland...it is a far walk. But...the highest members of our order can get there through a different way." Torak said to Sappho and he pulled out a black ocarina and played a few notes. A golden light circled Torak and Sappho and teleported them.
(I'll make the next post in the hideout...sorry about teleporting your character, Jen...it's the only way it would've worked)
[EXIT Torak and Sappho]
