"I'm not going to leave her sleeping on the forest floor, Aetis." Azrael said to the Eagle Snake. He motioned with his head for Aetis to move quickly.

Aetis put his head down and focused on keeping up. She was asleep?! Why?! Stupid girl, to sleep in all this madness. He considered jumping up and smacking her upside the head but he knew when she was tired she slept like the dead. His only concern was that if theyknew where they were going and that the monk better not drop Iona.

Azrael moved pretty fast for carrying someone. He could see the imprints in the grass where the Gerudo carrying Eldrin was running. He could feel the spirits of the forest speaking to one another of the Eagle Guardian waking up to fight the one who used dark magic. No time to listen to them, he continued to run at the same pace.

Veliun simply followed Azrael, and prayed whilst running. He prayed to not die a horrible death and to not be food for the forest. "Where are we going?" Veliun asked the man ahead of him, the zora was slower than him but was keeping pace a good bit behind Azrael. The eagle screeched once more and Veliun picked up the pace, now running right beside his associate.

Ranim moved swiftly despite her load, weaving around the living trees and over the fallen without faltering once. But still, Iona and her allies were gaining rapidly. But that was alright, all she had too do was make it to the edge of the forest. Then she'd be protected by her fellow Gerudo, the only problem was this damned forest. She was pretty sure she was going the right way, but in these woods it was impossible to tell. The thief was losing blood steadily, the arrow in his arm had barely missed a major artery, not to mention the two in his calf. and the kunai still piercing through his hand.
Eldrin stirred awake at the sound of several footsteps. "Ya know," He muttered, unable to fight back. "You should learn to be more reckless..."
Moments later Ranim ran at double the speed she had before, now fueled by adrenaline. The huge blaze of a forest fire roared behind her. She smirked, these people were obsessed with protecting Hyrule, so they wouldn't let the entire forest burn to the ground. And while they were preoccupied with the fire she could escape.
Eldrin chuckled, "Nice..."

Kadina struggled beneath one of the gerudo who had lost her weapon due to one of Kadina's self defense manuvers after having her own sword struck from her hand at the snap of a whip. Her empty rum bottle wasn't much help after it had shattered in her hand from the blow of an arrow. The gerudo held Kadina's wrist to the ground. "Long time no see, Kadina. Looks like you're still running around.with your cackle of freaks. Haven't you realized you just don't fit in?" "I'm sorry. Do I even know you?" the gerudo looked familiar but she had never had the "pleasure" of officially meeting her. Kadina squirmed. "You always have to be a rebel. Couldn't just join the group and gain your spoils through the efforts of teamwork." "What can I say? I don't like sharing. 'Least not with conceited bitchy sand sluts." The gerudo growled and removed her hold on Kadina's wrist to take a punch, but it was the moment Kadina had anticipated. She grabbed the gerudos wrist in mid swing and threw her off of her. Before being taken down, Kadina had seen Eldrin take a few hits from the archers. Assuring that he was alright was her main focuse. Now where had he gone? Everything had happened so fast. She grabbed her katana and followed after the others. Surely they were going to find Eldrin. Not knowing any of them, she wasn't sure they could be trusted. All she had was the hope that Eldrin trusted them and they would be the friends to find him. "Somebody has some serious explaining to do! Why were we just ambushed? Who's this snake lady?! And why must you smell so delicious?!" she asked referring to Veliun.

"I'm afraid the only one who can answer to as why we were ambushed would be the one we are chasing. The snake lady's name is Iona and her snake is named Aetis." Azrael yelled over his shoulder to Kadina.
A burning smell invaded his nostrils, a forest fire. He cursed and yelled toward Veliun "Is it possible to preform water spells to get rid of this damn fire?!"

Veliun looked at him and nodded, his throat was sore slightly, and the fire wouldn't be good for him at all. "I just need some time, and an instrument, a blessed object would be just as even better." The zora said tiredly as he ran, he would be pulling water from the air of all places and his own reserves were basically depleted. "If I had an instrument I could create a simple rain, it should stop the fire, and if we're lucky maybe a storm." Now all he had to worry about were consequences of casting the spell and possibly issues he himself would have.

Ranim slowed down to a jog as she saw the edge of the forest. She had successfully lost them with the fire. She found the other Gerudo on the outskirts of the forest, already waiting for her. She rsted for a while before they all set out for the Fortress. Basira offered to carry the thief, but she refused. She still didn't trust her with him, she seemed to have not gotten over the 'ugly' comment yet. And Basira could be quite violent when she had a grudge.
Eldrin turned as far as he could to get a glimpse of the blazing forest. A pang of worry struck his chest suddenly. Kadina was still in there... He decided it didn't matter, she was tough, she would make it.
[Exit Eldrin] [Exit Ranim] [Exit Basira]

The low notes of a ocarina wafted through the air and played a strange song and it started to rain. Dousing the fire, smoke drifted and Azrael watched in amazement and looked over by the fire and saw the child spirit standing there with an ocarina...but a new spirit stood next to it. It was a skeleton..dressed in battle armor.

Aetis hissed at the spirit, rising up, baring his fangs. He didn't like the looks of that one. But he didn't feel like dealing with spirits today. He slithered up to Azrael and slid up his leg and arm, coming level to Iona and slapped her hard with his tail, and jumped off Azrael. Iona groaned and stirred, prying herself off of Azrael and hitting the ground, staring up at the trees dazedly. Her nose began to bleed, blood gushing to her chin. She would be out of the way but occupied, Aetis thought, pleased with his actions. Now Azrael had his hands free to deal with the spirit.

Azrael turned round and was about to speak to the spirit when the skeleton said "Go...quickly. We will deal with this fire. Go and rescue your ally, Desert Monk." Azrael bowed his head towards the spirit "Thank you, spirit."

Aetis seemed to frown. All that for nothing. Still stunned, Iona laid there, not quite sure what was up or down. Aetis sheepishly made to her to see if she was alright. She wasn't going to be happy when she's better. He stood over her and flicked his tongue at her. "Oww..."she groans. Blood continues to flow down her face. Aetis swallowed. Iona was not going to be happy.

"Iona..can you stand?" Azrael asked, looking over at Iona who was on the ground.

"Oh Din...it's not broken, right? It can't be broken..."Iona despaired from her place on the ground. "I don't want to look like Dashti after I broke her nose. I don't want to look like Basira...Oh please don't be broken,"she pleaded as her hands came up and she felt the bridge of her nose gingerly. She sat up on her own and padded her nose harder. She deemed it unbroken. Aetis slithered away as quietly as he could.
Iona jumped on him with surprising speed and began to beat him. "We had a policy, Aetis! Not the face! Not the face! And you know what you did? You nearly broked my nose, you slimey silthery bastard! You can break my arms or my legs but not my face! How would have been able to meet Lord Izare if my face was all busted up? Inconsiderate!" she cries and starts to attack him once more. He hissed at her and wrapped himself around him and kept smacking her with his tail. They made quite the racket.
